1 · It reads what you bring
Point it at a CSV export or a Sage backup and it works out what it is looking at — customers, products, open balances, part-shipped orders. It flags what looks wrong before it lands: duplicate accounts, prices with no currency, stock that does not net.

Numbering, tax treatment, locations, roles and approval thresholds, drawn from the shape of the data rather than a blank form. Every suggestion says what it was based on, and every one can be overridden.
