These terms
These terms apply to the Cobalt ERP website and service. Your subscription agreement sets out the full terms of your contract.
Details of the company that operates Cobalt ERP, its registered office and the governing law and jurisdiction are set out in your subscription agreement and are available on request.
The service
Cobalt ERP is an operational ERP: sales, purchasing, stock, warehouse, delivery, people and a ledger, with an intelligence layer that reads your records and prepares work.
Availability. Cobalt ERP is generally available. Included capabilities and usage allowances are set out on the pricing page; agree your scope and configuration before subscribing. Your subscription includes the features listed for your plan.
Service levels. Priority support is included from Growth, support SLAs from Scale, and uptime SLAs from Premier. Response targets, coverage, exclusions and remedies must be agreed in writing; nothing on the marketing site constitutes a signed SLA.
Your account and your data
You own your data. The records you put into Cobalt ERP remain yours. We process them to provide the service, under the data processing agreement.
Export, always. CSV export is included on every plan; API access is included from Scale. The period during which you can still export your data after your subscription ends is set out in your subscription agreement.
Your responsibilities. Keep your credentials secure, make sure the people you give access to are entitled to it, and do not use Cobalt ERP to store data you have no right to hold.
Artificial intelligence features
Cobalt ERP’s intelligence layer prepares work and, where you have granted it, takes bounded action. Autonomy is granted by you, one capability at a time, and enforced with caps you set.
You remain responsible for what you commit. An answer or a prepared action is advisory until a person with authority accepts it. Cobalt ERP cites the records behind every answer so it can be checked; checking it is your decision, not ours.
Your data is not training data. We do not use your records to train models for anyone else.
Payment
Plans are billed monthly in euros and exclude VAT, which is calculated at checkout. Published prices are starting prices. Additional users and optional add-ons are charged separately; confirm the final scope and price before ordering.
You may change plan at any time; a change takes effect from the next billing period unless we agree otherwise. You may cancel at any time and will not be billed for a further period.
We offer a 30-day money-back period from your first payment. The standard setup fee is waived until 31 December 2026. Optional AI onboarding and AI support are separate charges and are not included in this waiver.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to that, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or indirect loss.
Your subscription agreement may set different limits, and where it does, the agreement applies.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Cobalt ERP at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms materially and do not fix it after we ask, or if we are legally required to.
If we discontinue the service we will give you reasonable notice and time to export your data.
