One-off AI-assisted data mapping, configuration suggestions and validation. Your team reviews the results. This is optional software assistance, not a promise of a staffed implementation project.

How starting prices, usage and optional charges work

The monthly starting price includes the staff allowance on the plan card. Extra staff are charged at the displayed per-user rate, within the plan’s user limit. You choose your plan with us during your demo. Your final quote should list any additional scope, optional AI software and taxes.

AI credits
Credits apply to external model processing. Local rules and calculations do not consume these credits. Local document reading and opt-in external vision are different operations; external vision can use credits.
Document pages and assistant messages
These are separate monthly allowances, not interchangeable with credits. Document scanning pauses when its page allowance is exhausted. Confirm the credit-to-action costs, message-limit behaviour, reset date and any top-up charges before subscribing; this website does not publish a fixed conversion.
Map credits
Route-planning map usage on Scale and above has optional €10 or €25 top-ups. Ask us to confirm your included request allowance and what each top-up covers. A top-up amount is not a guaranteed number of routes.
Onboarding and support
AI onboarding is an optional one-off software add-on; AI support is optional and billed monthly. Plan-included import tools, onboarding entitlements and human support remain included. Agree the added scope in the quote. The standard setup-fee waiver does not waive these optional add-ons; request a setup quote for starts after 31 December 2026.
Companies and service levels
Premier and Enterprise include group consolidation and intercompany features. Confirm the legal-entity allowance and any SLA’s measurement, exclusions and remedies in writing; the feature table is not the SLA itself.
