Can it trace a batch to the customers who received it?
Yes. Every stock movement records the batch, so for a recall you can trace a batch forward to each delivery and customer, and back to the supplier delivery it came in on.
Does this configuration cost extra?
There is no separate industry-configuration fee. Features such as manufacturing, advanced warehouse operations and group reporting still require the relevant subscription plan.
Can I switch this configuration later?
